How can I pay for my goods

At the checkout, you can pay for your goods using PayPal, ApplePay, Shop Pay, a credit or debit card. We accept Maestro, MasterCard, Solo and Visa.

Do your prices include VAT?

VAT for UK and overseas EC recipients is included in our prices at the prevailing rate in the United Kingdom for the category of goods. Customers ordering from outside the EC will not be charged VAT. The price Easy Karaoke charges will be for goods, shipping, and insurance. It is the purchasers responsibility to conform to the payment of local taxes at the point of import.

What is your policy regarding Pricing Errors?

Easy Karaoke endeavor to display accurate prices for all our products at all times. However, in some instances there may be discrepancies on the website. If we discover a pricing error has been made and we have processed your order at the wrong price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and redirect the goods at our cost at any time prior to delivery. Your Payment will be refunded accordingly. We do our very best to display 100% accurate prices however we reserve the right to correct prices at any time without notice.

What are substitute items?

Occasionally an item may be out of stock, or may vary slightly from its photograph or description. In these instances, we may contact you and offer an alternative. If you agree your invoice will be marked accordingly.

What are your Terms and Conditions for the use of Offer Codes and Discounts?

Easy Karaoke will only honor an Offer Code/Discount if it is used in line with these Terms and Conditions of issue. Offer Codes/Discounts are only valid when used by the intended recipient. Offer codes/discounts issued may be subject to the Terms and Conditions which will be communicated on issue and may include, but are not limited to first orders, orders of a specific value, orders for a specific product, or a combination of specific products, or orders placed within a specified period. Offer Codes/Discounts may have an expiry date. After the expiry date the Offer Code/Discount will no longer be valid. All offers are subject to availability, while stocks last. Any Offer Code used outside these Terms and Conditions will be rejected. No liability will be accepted by Easy Karaoke with regards to rejection or cancellation of an Offer Code/Discount.

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

Why do I have an account number?

When you place your first Easy Karaoke order, we will automatically create a customer number for you. This is for identification purposes, and is based on the personal information you have provided us. You will have an account created in your name, containing both your personal and purchasing information.

How do I change my account details?

You can change your payment details yourself by loging on.
